To use Lubricating Jelly, Follow these steps:
 
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Tear open the packet or tube of lubricating jelly.
Squeeze out the desired amount onto your fingertips or directly onto the area you want to lubricate.
Gently apply the lubricating jelly to the intended area, ensuring even coverage.
If using with medical devices like catheters, apply a generous amount to the tip before insertion.
Dispose of any unused lubricating jelly and wash your hands again.
